Panificação Terceirense — Restaurant in Angra do Heroísmo

Unfortunately i can't give zero stars, or negative for the service. We are tourist and we visited your shop in Terceira. We were treated very very poorly by staff,  my wife and sister in law were completely ignored,  we got very dirty looks. They were talking shit about us,  not realizing that both my wife and sister in law speak Portuguese. They refused to serve my sister in law,  I ordered a sandwich and got a dry piece of bread and 2 pieces of meat nothing else. We tried again to get food for my sister in law and brother in law but the waitresses went in thy back room and did not come back out for 10 minutes and when they looked out at us they rolled their eyes at us and said there was no food to eat,  as we were leaving,  a local couple came in and got served right away,  a full meal even though we were told there was no food. If that is how tourist are treated in your establishment maybe you should tell them to put a sign up,  no tourist. There were 2 young girls working the front and it's very shameful how we were treated.

IF YOU ARE A TOURIST, DON'T GO HERE, McDonald's would give...

It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. Whoever works there needs to learn basic English. The bread was ok, too much butter, chunks of it. And the ham could be better. I know it may be "just a sandwich", but even that can be properly done....

Novo espaço agora com o meu super mesmo ao lado para compras diversas e bom café para rápidas compras de pão e diversos bolos e outras iguarias. Agora com renovados serviços de pequeno almoço com preço máximo de 4.70€ e almoço, com valor máximo de 4.10€ tipo snack. Café a preço elevado a partir de Janeiro 2023, a 0.80€ quando bem tirado na nova máquina está melhor. O pão rústico é também muito bom. Mas agora em Junho voltamos ao mesmo. Longa fila de espera para um café. Pessoal pouco qualificado a servir só dois funcionários sem experiência e muito lentos e mais de 20 minutos de espera. Mesas por limpar nas horas de maior afluência. Péssima imagem dos serviços e da gestão do...
