We arrived late afternoon, still during the Happy Hour promotion, but we had to wait to order, because all staff was in a meeting with the owner. We ordered still on the last minute of the promotion, but at the end they charged us full price. We ordered the Francesinha folhada twice, but they didn’t bring it. One hour later, we learned that none of the orders were even registered. We ordered the Abécula twice, and they later said this option was not available. Still, they charged us the Abéculas on the bill. At the end, we complained about the wrong bill and the employees were rude for not believing us; the owner, quiet, did not say a word to help solve the problem. By the way, if you sit under the scorching sun, remember to ask for a sunshade. Employees will not do it on their own. We were regulars, always in parties of 6 to 12 people. We miss the old staff: Carol, Camila, João (barman)… Raiane is still there, but one good attendant doesn’t save the...

I went to F with my friends, to watch a Portugal football game and dinner. For appetizer, we asked for "Ovos Rotos", that were well served, with good and tasty ham. For main course, I chose "Pinga Amor", and it was one of the best burgers I had, really well put together, a great Hamburger beef, bacon, a fried egg and a good mixture of sauces. Really flavorful, that will make you feel good after the meal, not heavy. Everything was brought really fast, with little waiting time. The staff was helpful and checked with us many times throughout the night. It is a good place to watch football...

O que outrora foi um espaço que adorava e ia sensivelmente sempre que pudesse devido à amabilidade e bom serviço, hoje tornou-se definitivamente um local a não voltar.

Não fomos desrespeitados, mas senti que o serviço decaiu imenso de há um ano para cá. Segue-se o que aconteceu esta noite: fomos recebidos normalmente e colocaram-nos numa mesa no meio da sala super próxima a outra, o que lhes dificultava até a margem de manobra no atendimento, mas é o menos; pedimos entradas, tudo ok… mas vêm as entradas e pratos nada… depois de longos minutos à espera do que tivesse sido um lapso, tivemos que nos levantar e pedir que nos trouxessem pratos; numa casa onde era costume perguntarem se queríamos mais molho, se estava tudo como esperado, só trocamos palavra novamente com os funcionários para pagar; em seguimento do último ponto, significa que nos levantamos da mesa ainda esta por levantar, porque nenhum dos 4 funcionários a atender se deu ao trabalho de perguntar se queríamos ou uma sobremesa, ou um café, absolutamente nada. É raro ter de apontar o que me desilude quando vou a algum estabelecimento, mas recomendo mesmo que melhorem estes aspetos, tendo em conta o atendimento que sempre experienciei, de malta simpática, cortês. A casa nem cheia estava, os funcionários estavam simplesmente encostados a falar uns com os outros.
