The waitress was smily and profesional but the pizza were really a big disapointment. The dough was good. But the tomato sauce have no taste and the mozza too. I take a pizza d'artiste so my expectations were high. But it is a basic pizza. It is not because you put cheap truffle on a pizza that you are an artist. You have to be humble. Had the pleasure to meet the owner/pizza chef Daniele and it's a really down to heart guy, he really puts that extra effort love and passion in is food. His Pizza fluffy and crispy dough dressed by authentic premium quality ingredients like Fior di Latte, Bufala, Passata 🍅 directly from Campania region of Italy. Also, the chef mastered the traditional Neapolitan technique at an extent to be able to perfect and innovate it. The result is literally to die for. Highly recommended to any pizza...
Ok, so if you don't know, I love pizza....love! And my first part-time job was at a pizzaria. And this pizza was so good! The ordering concept is interesting (you order on a tablet) and they seriously need to review the English part of the menu but put that all aside and once the pizza arrives, you will forget about that menu :) Before we knew it, the place was full and the atmosphere was very chilled. If you're in Braga and want to try a good ol' fashioned pizza, go here!
