Sorrento Pizzaria — Restaurant in Câmara de Lobos

Restaurant is simple, no fancy decorations, no flashy stuff, it's all about amazing food The staff ( Gustavo, who makes the pizzas and his wife ) are the only staff and since it's only them two running the entire restaurant, so sometimes the service is a bit slow but that has only happened once to me and I usually go there once every two weeks. Their Portuguese is not fluent but they more than make up to it with charm becausenthey are the most kind and sweet people around in restaurant business I know ... And the pizzas ... The pizzas are simply AMAZING, Everytime I go there I get transported to Italy. They are the real deal! I cannot...

Taste is something personal and hard to comment, I am a pizza lover but unfortunately not all pizzas are welcome to my digestive problems... With time and more visits Arte Della Pizza became my favourite pizza in Madeira and from my first visit and comment things improved, there are now starters, desserts and the wine list improved. The place is simple but the view over Câmara de Lobos bay is nice. The pizza's ? Excellent in my scale, tried other places but always come back. Pizza is not my favourite in the world. Maybe because usually it's just OK/fine /good. But I fell in love with pizza in this place. Exceptional! So much so I want to come back every single day and try other positions on the menu. I like how we were welcomed, and treated. I like that ingredients were so simple but fresh and full of flavour. I like that the place is casual and homely. And couple running it friendly and warm. Like a couple inviting you into their home, rather than into...
