Love this chill rustic place right next to the old cathedral. The location can’t be better than this. The bartender is super friendly and nice although we couldn’t communicate much (my bad for not speaking much Portuguese yet). One downside is there beer selection. I wish they carry more variety. Anyhow, this is going to be our regular...

Had a memorable afternoon hanging out at the terrace, enjoying a few drinks and the warm welcome of the owner. It’s mostly locals here making it even nicer (the irony that I am a tourist doesn’t escape me!) This would also be the ideal place to watch a soccer match as there is a giant projection screen inside, and some very cool...

Stopped in to get out of the rain and have a coffee. Second time I’ve been in. Last time it was hot and they had bean bags out in front of the cafe to sit on. This time my friends and I went in to the cavernous cafe area with live edge furniture. Great place, wish they had something like this when I was going...

Love this chill rustic place right next to the old cathedral. The location can’t be better than this. The bartender is super friendly and nice although we couldn’t communicate much (my bad for not speaking much Portuguese yet). One downside is there beer selection. I wish they carry more variety. We enjoyed the live music and drinks on a Sunday evening. Outside seating is on stuffed bags, across from Se Velha!

Visiting Coimbra for a few days and stumbled upon this wonderful bar. Fantastic hospitality, makes you feel like home. Came here two nights in a row for a drink and the owner was nothing but a gentleman and a scholar. Excellent selection of gins, and they know their way around them.
