Barbosa Kebab — Restaurant in Espinho

We asked for two falafel wraps in a menu to take away and payed for it. After waiting a good amount of time, the waitress told us they have no falafel and they could give us vegetarian hot dogs or hamburger instead. We asked them to cut the vegetarian patty in pieces and put it in the wrap instead of the falafel. We waited 30 minutes in total for our wraps and as we got home, we discovered there where cheese chili nuggets inside. They only have a spicy sauce or ketchup/mayonnaise for the wrap. The wrap was very heavy in the stomach and not yummy at all. It tasted like old oil and fish. The fries have been sloppy.

Unfortunately the owner of this fantastic restaurant make it impossible for us to enjoy the lovely food they deliver in place. He was yelling, literally on the phone for at least 1 hour many racist, xenophobic, degrading words because one of this employees could’t work that day. Pedi 2 kebabs e 1 kebab no prato, toda a carne estava crua, deixei fotos na avaliação , já não seria a primeira vez mas desta vez além de estar crua estava fria, liguei para a loja a pedir para falar com o responsável, a funcionária disse me que ele não estava, pedi para falar com responsável de equipa e disse me que não tinha, o que acho impossível, passando, expliquei a situação, pediu me para aguardar, quando voltou a única resposta foi ‘não posso fazer nada para si, faça uma reclamação on-line, depois a chamada foi cortada. Quando o responsável não está, a qualidade perde se toda, funcionárias sem compreensão, mal educadas com os clientes, respostas sem noção para um cliente, triste quando a gente conhece o responsável que é uma óptima pessoa. Um Kebab que fica pertinho que se chama Paradise, esse sim merece todo a publicidade, além de simpatia, a qualidade da carne, da composição dos kebabs não se compara e ainda...
