Came here with my girlfriend both looking forward to it as it looked lovely and had great reviews, however as the night went on we were bitterly disappointed. Firstly we ordered a starter that never came.

Secondly I ordered the Portuguese burger which came drenched in soup so I had to use a knife and fork to eat a burger (totally defeats the point!) There were no veggies just 3 bits of bread and some meat. My girlfriend ordered the chicken burger and it came as a patty (strange for chicken) and was pretty tasteless.

We were then offered a sauce and we're not told that this small pot of sauce (which was actually very nice) would cost 1€.

To top things off me and my girlfriend both headed home and had bad stomachs for the evening and next day.

If you order the vegetarian burger you will get a normal one without meat and if you order the vegan one the cheese is missing too...so it's basically a bun with salad. This is simply just boring and zero innovative. Guys, it's 2022, there is countless options for vegan cheese and meat replacements. We all where still hungry afterwards. Péssimo Serviço, Péssimo atenção ao cliente!. Chegamos às 13h45 fomos atendidos de imediato , registaram o nosso pedido e entretanto apenas vieram as bebidas para a mesa. Passado uns 30 min, o pedido de hambúrgueres, nem vê-los, nem ninguém se deslocou à nossa mesa para dar uma justificação do referido atraso. Um de nós dirigiu-se para falar com quem seria a responsável do restaurante, para perceber o porquê do atraso no serviço. A pessoa apenas argumentou de modo indelicado que os pedidos eram por ordem de chegada, que tínhamos que aguardar e que ainda não tinham parado. Ora foi isso que fizemos durante 30 min, esperar, com um pedido efetivado à 30 min, sem qualquer justificação no atraso do serviço e foi isso que referimos à suposta responsável, alertando-a para a falta de cuidado e atenção com o cliente pelo que referiu: “ É a sua opinião”. Posto isto, sem mais a fazer num local onde não somos bem-vindos, por fazer apenas uma simples pergunta, pagamos as bebidas que a mesma responsável queria oferecer e fomos embora. O que seria um almoço de sábado em que uma pessoa quer apenas relaxar e saborear uma refeição confortável teve tudo menos isso.
