OTÖSHI — Restaurant in Espinho

We had a reservation at the casino for dinner, but we were not allowed to eat in because I was using shorts(shino, with dress shirt, Business casual)… (at the beach) We got out and saw the restaurant in front, we went in and asked for a table, they explained it was the opening of restaurant and didn’t had any more tables, but offered to set us up at the counter. It is what we call in Portugal, “a bad thing turned good”. Great surprise, the service and food were very good! We felt we were very well received and serviced by everyone! For an opening everything was running quite smoothly. The cocktails very good, I recommend the Otoshi Mule! And the fusion sushi was very tasty and nicely presented! Good selection of entries, main dishes and sushi plates. We took some entries and sushi. The sushi is good, very interesting and tasty combinations as well, but the prices are very steep, especially for the smaller than usual portion size. Desde as entradas — como os saborosos croquetes, os variados patés, as tostas finíssimas e os excelentes enchidos — até aos pratos principais, tudo foi preparado com enorme cuidado e qualidade. O ceviche estava fresco e equilibrado, o sushi surpreendeu pela frescura e apresentação, e as carnes destacaram-se, em especial a alcatra, que estava absolutamente deliciosa.

As sobremesas mantiveram o nível elevado e encerraram a refeição da melhor forma. Tudo absolutamente soberbo!

O ambiente do restaurante é acolhedor, moderno e com uma decoração de muito bom gosto. A iluminação suave e o ambiente descontraído criam o cenário ideal tanto para um jantar a dois como para uma refeição em grupo. Nota-se o cuidado nos detalhes, o que torna toda a experiência ainda mais especial.

A qualidade dos produtos, a confeção, o serviço e o atendimento foram impecáveis. A relação qualidade/preço é justa e coerente com a experiência proporcionada. Vale mesmo muito a pena!
