100% Sushi — Restaurant in Funchal

Ok so this is not 100% authentic Japanese sushi. But neither is any other place around here.

I'm told that 100% sushi is Brazilian take on Japanese sushi. It is very creative on some of these (as shown in pictures) and they are very delicious.

Couple of things: you need to make reservations as seatings are limited. Also Visa don't work (it's a small business so I take Visa fee is an issue). Both were minor issues for me so good was enjoyed thoroughly :)

Exceptional restaurant with first-class service. The food is at the highest level, with excellent sushi. The fish is always incredibly fresh, mixing in a few rarer varieties and quality. Fantastic sushi! They have a unique selection of options, like seared salmon topped with quail eggs and truffle oil. Extremely filling, too. I wanted to sample a couple of the more interesting flavors, which all together came out to be more expensive than I thought, but well worth it.
