This is one of the best geographical places to have a business and yet the people who work here makes it the worst experience, every single time. I always chose to stay here because of the view but is the fifth time I have to wait over 15 min for the table to be cleaned, the workers are always in a bad mood as if they hated their job, ignoring the clients. I recommend the owner to just change the people working here! You deserve to have incredible people in love of working in such an amazing place!

Nice little cafe, which is located at the promenade of Funchal. The view is great and the offer some food and drinks as well. We got a Pastel de Nata and a Queijada (Portuguese Cheesecake) and two espresso. The Pastel de Nata was very good an delicious. The prices are a little bit higher, but that depends on the location of the cafe. Unfortunately the service was a little bit poor, because there was only one waiter for the whole terrace. All in all it is a good choice.

The waitress girl is extremely incapable of serving the right things you ordered. She doesn’t know any English. She nodded when my mom asked her if there is any decaf coffe and then proceeded to bring her one with caffeine. We ordered 2 orange and 2 magno juices, she brought 2 oranges and 1 mango, then when we wanted 1 more mango she brought 2 🤣 Her mom(?)/grandma(?) who is washing the dishes was very rude to my mom. The view is perfect and the fresh juices are nice but they could work on...

We have been here before and it was fine. However today we ordered coffee and cakes. After 20 minutes we asked where the order was. Said he was sorry for our wait but then proceeded to serve customers who had ordered after us. This went on for another 20 minutes and despite asking repeatedly where our order was the waiter blatantly ignored us and continued to serve a group who had only just arrived. We left, the service and attitude of the waiter was abysmal. We won't be...
