The food was good - the black pork was tender and tasty. However, the service and wait time was terrible and really ruined our evening. We felt very ignored; it took 10 mins to receive menus after sitting down, and then an hour for our food to arrive (only 4 of the 15 tables in the restaurant were occupied so they weren't too busy). We explained our disappointment when paying, and were laughed at, with our server saying "what, do you have somewhere to be?" He then added that tables who book receive better service and their food sooner than walk ins which explains our second-class treatment all evening. The food is nice, but not worth such a...

Really delicious dinner. The food is so high in quality and meticulously cooked. I had hake and it wasn’t fishy at all. The addition of the garlic/olive oil gravy boat is a lovely touch to the meal. The vegetables were cooked to perfection. The sea bass looked amazing and so did the spaghetti bolognaise. The portions were large. The beer was delicious and perfect on a hot day. The dessert of apple crumble with ice cream was delicious. Finished off the meal with a glass of port!...

Como descrito en el comentario de Jorge Branco, siendo las 21:00 nos dijeron que ya no aceptaban mas personas, habia mesas libres sin distintivo de reserva, y el horario del restaurante es hasta las 22:00. Puede ser que la resenha escrita por Jorge Branco no tuviese un raciocinio correto, su respuesta sr.Propietario es mas triste aun.... Como gerente del restaurante nos podia haber explicado como clientes la situacion, y no escribirlo en respuesta a una resenha a modo de disculpa para la platea. Para ya nos fue recomendado su restaurante por unos clientes suyos... clientes estos, que ya perdio tambien, derivado al penoso trato que nos dio... reparara quien son quando denote que no frecuentan mas su restaurante. De salientar que somos propietarios de un restaurante en Madrid y sabemos muy bien como funciona el mundo de la hosteleria, usted no se si tendra estudios al respecto, lo que si puedo afirmar es que no tiene educacion ninguna! Y ya que le gusta tanto responder a los malos comentarios con ofensas en lugar de reconocer sus errores y mejorarlos...solo me queda desearle mucha suerte en su negocio.... porque la va a necesitar si sigue por esos derroteros. Como podra comprovar nunca e escrito una critica a nadie ... pero usted se la ha ganado a pulso.
