Blown away. The food was great, but what really made the evening was Valentin. This guy was so patient (and I mean Buddhist monk levels of patience), he handled my difficult family like a total pro!

We’re talking the full package here: picky eaters, conflicting orders, wildly inconsistent drink requests, he took it all in stride, never once losing his cool or cracking a fake smile. Just genuine, thoughtful service the whole way through, all while simultaneously managing a busy dinner time rush.

The food was solid, the vibe was spot on, but Valentin’s calm competence genuinely carried the evening. If you’re going to Fábrica, hope he’s working. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel like even your most chaotic relatives...

This was a challenging review to Decide to write - the flavor of things and quality seemed above average. The fries were nice and the sauces. I got the halloumi vegetarian option and the halloumi inside was almost unbelievably thin. I even got it with an egg added and when I bit into it all I can taste is the bread. The bread is also excellent quality but it’s almost too thick for what’s inside - it buried the cheese and other flavors. While I would not come back here again I would recommend to others if they ate meat. I can’t imagine the meat burgers would come out that thin relative to the bun- (we are talking about a piece of cheese on there like 3/4 mm thick, does Halloumi cost more than red meat...

The concept of smash burgers is a novelty for this area and are a welcome change. The burgers are simple but full of flavor as expected from a smash burger. Don't be mistaken from the thickness, they will fill you up! The fries could use a little more salt and the jalapeno poppers could be more spicy but overall one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The atmosphere is nice with outdoor seating available. It's classic lounge style with respective music and the service was quick and efficient. Beers include Heineken and Guiness and a wide selection of cocktails and snacks.
