This seems to me a old and classic hotel. On my arrival, I had to remind the receptionist to smile as she was so cold and serious in her manners. The first room I stayed was small with an isolated view to the back of the hotel. Breakfast was a pretty ok. Upon checking out, I left belongings at the hotel with no hassles. This personnel was quite friendly. Next day, I upgraded my room and it was with a balcony on the 3rd floor that gives a pleasant view of the town. One of the most welcoming, friendly staff and owners of a hotel. Comfortable, relaxing, clean and a fantastic location too. I will always come back here in the future whenever I'm in the Leiria city centre area. Thanks to Snr. José, Dona Elvira, Beatrice, Jessica, Anna and all the rest of the friendly staff for making my stay such a wonderful experience. I should keep this gem of a hotel a secret but reluctantly I can't as they deserve to be recognised for the wonderful establishment that they have here. Well done to you all!!
