Hotel Stay Hotel — Hotel in Leiria

Nous sommes arrivés vers 15h30 pour voir si notre chambre serait prête vu qu'il ne restait que 30 minutes. Nous avons fait notre chek-in et stationner la voiture. Nous avons du attendre au bar, car la chambre n'était pas prête. La réceptionniste devait venir nous chercher lorsque la chambre serait prête. À 16h00, il y a eu un changement de personnel, car lorsque nous sommes allés à l'accueil de nouveau à 16h30 (donc une heure plus tard), c'était une autre dame qui était là. La chambre n'était toujours pas prête. Elle a appelé en vitesse l'employé du bar pour lui dire d'aller en vitesse préparer la chambre. Ils nous ont finalement donné la chambre qui avait le plus gros balcon....probablement pour se faire pardonner. La porte du balcon ne se barrait pas. Au dernier étage en tant normal pas d'inquiétude si la porte du balcon barre pas, mais le balcon de la chambre voisine était relier ensemble, donc une personne habile, aurait pu passer par-dessus la rampe et venir dans notre chambre. Le déjeuner était correct, sans plus. Ça n'a pas été notre meilleur hôtel. Ha oui, il n'y a qu'une seule prise de courant disponible sur un côté de lit. Nous sommes deux personnes qui ont des machines CPAP pour dormir la nuit. Ce n'était pas génial. Télévision minuscule. Bref, ce n'est pas un hôtel que je retournerais.

We arrived around 3.30pm to see if our room would be ready as there were only 30 minutes left. We did our check-in and parked the car. We had to wait at the bar because the room was not ready. The receptionist was to pick us up when the room was ready. At 4:00 p.m. there was a change of staff, because when we went to the reception again at 4:30 p.m. (so an hour later), it was another lady who was there. The room still wasn't ready. She hurriedly called the bartender to tell him to hurry up and get the room ready. They finally gave us the room that had the biggest balcony...probably to make up for it. The balcony door wouldn't lock. On the top floor as normal, don't worry if the balcony door does not bar, but the balcony of the adjoining room was connected together, so a skilled person could have passed over the banister and come into our room. Breakfast was ok, nothing more. It hasn't been our best hotel. Ha yes, there is only one power outlet available on one side of the bed. We are two people who have CPAP machines to sleep at night. It wasn't great. Tiny TV. In short, this is not a hotel that I would return to.

Chegamos por volta das 15h30 para ver se nosso quarto estaria pronto, pois faltavam apenas 30 minutos. Fizemos nosso check-in e estacionamos o carro. Tivemos que esperar no bar porque o quarto não estava pronto. A recepcionista deveria nos buscar quando o quarto estivesse pronto. Às 16h00 houve mudança de pessoal, porque quando fomos novamente à recepção às 16h30 (portanto uma hora depois), era outra senhora que estava lá. O quarto ainda não estava pronto. Ela ligou apressadamente para o barman para dizer-lhe para se apressar e preparar o quarto. Eles finalmente nos deram o quarto que tinha a maior varanda ... provavelmente para compensar isso. A porta da varanda não trancava. No último andar, como de costume, não se preocupe se a porta da varanda não trancar, mas a varanda da sala contígua estava conectada, então uma pessoa habilidosa poderia ter passado pelo corrimão e entrado em nosso quarto. Café-da-manhã foi ok, nada mais. Não foi o nosso melhor hotel. Sim, há apenas uma tomada disponível em um lado da cama. Somos duas pessoas que têm máquinas de CPAP para dormir à noite. Não foi ótimo. Televisão minúscula. Em suma, este não é um hotel para o qual...

First the good, room was very nice, clean, nice view from room 403 with a balcony, tea a boiler and a bottle water was available, staff was friendly and helpfull, now the not so good, i changed the room two times, first room had already been taken by another guest, he wasn't there but his personal things were, the consierge apologized for the error and prepared me another room, this time the second room had lady already staying there, i opened the door and she was surprised as I was, went down to reception and they apologized deeply for this and then explained me the hotel was under new management and changing the keyless access system and at the time they had the hotel still working with the old system together with the new, thus the confusion, the 3rd and last room was it, so I was able to spend a good night sleep, these things happen (not my first time) important thing is they way they acted and solved the problems, they even offered me compensation which I declined but appreciated the gesture, things will get better for sure, congrsts to...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a friends wedding and were given a room on the 5th floor. Amazing corner terrace views, massage shower with 10 jets and a comft bed. Rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was varied. The pastry's were immense and the coffee was just right! Staff were very friendly and is located right in the centre, circa 4 min walk away. There is a local spar for shopping and lots of coffee shops/ amenities closeby. Leiria square is wonderful throughout the day and very affordable. Try the gelato at Fior di Latte and there is a barber just round the corner that serves beer, free pacman and...
