Very cosy place. Although, the service is very slow. We could see the "chef" out of the kitchen, walking around all the time. Even though the restaurant were not busy, we've waited about 45 minutes for our food. The food was "ok". Salmon was good! The waiter asked us how we would like the steak meat. We asked for medium well, but we got rare (40 minutes after we ordered). The waiter suggested Suttlefish. But that come out with the ink. It would be nice if we were told that was served like that. Not typical! So I told the waiter that I did not appreciated Suttlefish with ink, and she took it way. (I have eaten that dish). Anyway, we asked for the bill, we noticed that we were charged for the Suttlefish. No big deal. But the explanation she gave us why that we were been charged was kind of silly: "you have chopped the Suttlefish in the middle, and now we can not use that anymore. We could have served that for some one else, and you should know that in this restaurant we served with the ink!" Unnecessary information!

She didn't charged afterwards!

The Sangria was proper. That...

Perfect family run restaurant with the most delicious food we tried in Lisbon. The menu includes local dishes and it's perfect to give you a taste of Portuguese cuisines.

We tried fish/seafood and everything was extremely fresh and full of flavour. We saw lots of locals eating there so I suppose that a good sign too.

The prices are very affordable, however, we were told that they only accept Portuguese cards (due to the contact they have with the bank) so we had to run to the ATM and withdraw cash. If you decide to dine here make sure you have some cash on you,...

Arrived in the evening in Lisbon, we settled in our apartment before heading in the streets around us to find somewhere to eat. As we walked along this restaurant, we straightaway found it cute and inviting. A true local place. And we did well to push the door. The food was amazing. Homemade and fresh. Cheap and cheerful. The service was also fantastic. The son, Ricardo, seemed to like to practice his English with us. It was very nice. We can only recommend this traditional...

No t the best experience. There was a man serving there called Manuel that was very annoying and coming to our table talks some bullshit. But the thing that makes me put a bad review is the fact that I gently ask for a vegetarian dish made of an omlette, rice and veggies. They give me what you see in the picture..tell me if it accettable. Plus the waitress literraly laugh on my face when I asked for it..not nice. I will not come back.

I recently visited this Portuguese restaurant with an excellent price-performance ratio. The food was incredibly fresh, and the highlight of the meal was the grilled fish with a perfect salt crust. The side dishes were also delicious and well-prepared. The service was outstanding, with the waiter taking his time and being exceptionally friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!
