Such nice and forthcoming service by João and Alexandra, the owners, who provided us with a whole hand drawn map of recommendations what to see in Portugal as well as amazing food. We had various delicious dishes and great house wine (the red was full with tannin‘s and flavor, sooo good), but especially the roasted octopus was the best I ever had. Tender like chicken with a beautiful buttery sauce, the perfect amount of garlic and perfectly cooked potatoes with spinach. Wow!
Also the atmosphere was just so homey and comforting, making me want to come back every day. I hope to return and explore the menu further!

The place is tucked away in a quiet side street, hardly noticeable from outside, adding to it's charm.
The menu is traditionally Portuguese with several yummy sounding octopus dishes and fish as well as meat.
We were served crusty fresh bread rolls (in a cloth bag, how cute!) and a variety of pate, which were delicious.
