LX Hostel — Hotel in Lisbon

Although I didn't fall in love with Lisbon as much as I had hoped, this hostel turned out to be the best I have ever experienced. I loved the decoration and the overall atmosphere; it really feels like home. Other major highlights: the included breakfast (although I assume we indirectly pay for it somehow), the living area with sofas, armchairs and an open kitchen that's super chill and also invites conversation, the free sangria in the evening. The shared bathroom was clean. The staff was super friendly. The hostel is located in a very lively neighborhood, but you do need to enjoy walking or taking public transportation to get to the city center or the beaches. However, I didn't mind this as it was nice to be in a quieter part of Lisbon with more direct access to natural spaces. I made wonderful friends at this place, and it alone makes me want to come...

I recently stayed at lX Hostel in Lisbon, and it was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm atmosphere and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hostel has such a great vibe, perfect for meeting fellow travelers and enjoying the local culture.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options that fueled my adventures throughout the day. My bed was super comfy, and I appreciated all the thoughtful details that made my stay enjoyable.

Hostel est situé loin du centre ville,40min a pied, arrêt de bus a proximité, dans la LX Factory, joli lieu dont on fait assez rapidement le tour (un poil surcoté), très bruyant avec musique forte des bars et restau. Lits confortables et propres. Espace bunkbed au top, cosy et pratique avec coffre pour les affaires, prises, lumière et rideaux. La chambre de 12 lits a une grande porte métallique mal insonorisée et qui fait du bruit quand on la bouge, elle reste donc ouverte et la chambre fait partie intégrante du couloir. Douches et toilettes plutot propres mais aucune intimité aucune insonorisation. On entend TOUT ce que se passe chez les hommes et femmes... pour moi, c'est un no go direct. Peu d'aeration donc peut vite devenir humide et odorant. Savons, gel douche/shampoo a dispo. Le petit dej inclus est de bonne qualité ! Possibilité de se faire des oeufs et des pancakes. Qqls difficultés à trouver certains éléments (pain, lait,...) ou les couverts, tasse,.. car tout n'est pas réuni sur la table du buffet. Espace commun intérieur de l'hôtel est sympa, un peu petit. La musique y est forte, le volume est baissé vers 22h. La porte du couloir des chambres n'est fermée qu'à cette heure là aussi, du coup cela peut être vite bruyant dans le dorm de 12. Le staff est particulièrement bruyant le soir. La porte est réouverte le matin vers 9h + musique, difficile pr les amateur.rices de grasses mat'. Rooftop très sympa, attention pour ceux qui ont le vertige, l'accès se fait par un escalier métallique extérieur. Très sympa pour prendre son petit dej au calme le matin ou lézarder sur les canap au soleil. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Accès à l'espace chambre sécurisé par un code uniquement quand la porte du couloir est fermée (vers 22h). Des casiers avec lock sont a dispo. Le staff est ok sans plus. Aucune infos touristiques a disposition. Garde des bagages possible. Dans l'ensemble, je dirai donc que c'est un bon hostel pour le prix mais malheureusement je n'y retournerai pas à cause des toilettes de station service sans...
