Burrata — Restaurant in Lisbon

I almost never leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to write my first one after this experience. Unfortunately, this restaurant was a huge disappointment from start to finish.

The food was the biggest letdown—our pizzas tasted like something you’d grab from the frozen aisle at a supermarket. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and there was nothing remotely special about the flavors or the preparation. To make matters worse, the price was completely unjustified—€15 per pizza for something of such low quality is just absurd.

Service was also questionable. The staff seemed in a rush to wrap things up, even though the restaurant was still fairly busy. It made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than welcome guests.

My boyfriend is Italian, so for him, eating here was practically offensive. But even for me, someone who’s generally pretty easygoing with food, this was a hard pass. Save your money and go somewhere else If you want real...

Worst Italian experience ever. The brazilian guys are very friendly but the carbonara we had was very bad, the tiramisu was tasteless and pavlova was very confusing with too much whipped cream and just too much! Mixed experience. Food, prices and ambiance were amazing. The staff was 5050. Our waiter eitheir was having a bad day or is highly untrained. Has he made many mistakes,serving us a almost emoty bottle of wine, treating us in a way too familiar way.
