Shanu Burger — Restaurant in Lisbon

We returned to this restaurant cuz the first time we went we had such a pleasent experience.... yet... this time was the complete opposite.

iwasn't even going to write, but I guess I should since they keep claiming my partner was not clear. We went to this restaurant to get 2 burgers, my partner was very clear about the order from the stsrt, unfortunately the person taking the order did not speak well either Portuguese or English, we requested 1 New York burguer without tomato and 1 burguer with ONLY cheese and lettuce. They brought 2 New York burgers to the table 1 with tomato and one without tomato. Then we explained and I stated " my burguer was with cheese and lettuce only" I said this 5x and I'm not even exaggerating. He took the burguer back and yet again brought the exact same burguer. I said I didn't want anything anymore and after me stating again what my order was... he decided to bring the order correctly.

Before asking for our meal we realized they had a menu promo, and we asked them if it applied, the guy said yes and then at the end (we had a bad experience do to the fact they got my order wrong and I literally had to get very annoyed and state I didn't want anything anymore for them to bring the correct order) they charged us full price even though the guy said the promo applied. Therefore, I have to say that it was misleading advertising and plus I confirmed before asking for the 2snd burguer to be a menu. So.... it is not my fault or my partners that no one who took our order spoke English or Portuguese and it was completely disrespectful that they made me wait 20 minutes for Burguers I clearly didn't order.

I have two different kinds of reviews for this place. The food was good. The hamburgers and especially the bread were very tasty. The place is simple and unpretentious. Good service. So far so good. But then it gets strange: prices seemed excessive for the kind of place. I was shocked with the price of the appetizers (5.90€ for 2 mozzarella sticks!). We ordered them anyway because we had made a reservation through The Fork that gave us 50% discount. Considering the location and type of place I thought the prices were high but I didn't care because of the discount, and in the end we paid a fair price (26€ for 2 people: 3 burgers, fries, 2 sodas and two mozzarella sticks). But now that I am posting this review I see that the menu that they have posted here (3 weeks ago) has completely different prices than the one they gave us at the restaurant!! The one that they gave us at the restaurant had prices like 40% higher (unfortunately I don't have a picture but the burger menus were between 13 and 17€).
