I came to Restaurante Carvoaria - Vítor Sobral four times during my five-day stay in Lisbon — that’s how much I loved it!

A big thank you to the charming, attentive, and incredibly handsome waiter whose recommendations made every meal perfect.

The grilled fish was exceptionally fresh and flavorful, and the surprise desserts were an absolute delight.

The restaurant even agreed to our special request and prepared a seafood rice dish that wasn’t on the menu — it was fantastic! They also helped my friend celebrate her birthday, creating a truly unforgettable night.

Thank you to the whole team for serving such fresh and high-quality seafood — as a Taiwanese living and working in Prague, it truly satisfied the craving I’ve had for the flavors of home that I can rarely find there.

An unforgettable dining experience! The food at Restaurante Carvoaria - Vítor Sobral was absolutely excellent — every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and generously served. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out, and the open kitchen was spotless, which speaks volumes about the care they put into everything.

What made our visit even more special was the kindness and hospitality of the owner, who went above and beyond to make us and especially our toddler feel welcome. They even curated a few dishes specifically for us, which was such a thoughtful touch.

I came here by random and didn’t expect much but let me tell you, the food is absolutely outstanding! The chef prepared a raw fish tartare that was out of this world. We continued with other seafood dishes that were all amazing, followed by a platter of deliciously prepared meat.
