Nice bread, terrible coffee. For them there’s literally no difference between a galão and a cappuccino. I asked for a galão, and I was given a cappuccino: short cup and not the right ration of milk/coffee that makes a galão. When I said that maybe there was a mistake the girl looked at me confused because the coffee machine (press the button and that’s it) did it. And they don’t have high glasses for galão. But prices are different and I was charged with galão.
So if you are about to open a coffee place on Portugal just maybe try to learn to do a galão and a bica. If not, give them the real name for...

The person giving me my pastries was nice, however when I went to pay, the person was incredibly rude, super dismissive, wouldn’t respond to my thank yous or anything. All this considered their pastries are subpar and overpriced. I paid 5 euros for three croissants and got horrible treatment in return. I urge whoever is in charge to pay closer attention to their customer service as it is quite unpleasant to deal with your staff.
