Bad selections , bad presentations. Got there at 9:15 pm , they said they will be closing at 10pm , that the minimum consumption is €25 per person . We understood that and agreed because we were already there and €25 isn’t a problem . So they gave us a table , advised us to order couple drinks since we have to reach the minimum and didn’t have much time , so we didn’t have time to order twice but do have time to drink 4 drinks ?! Didn’t make sense neither because average per drink was €20 anyway and appetizer’s about €20 also . The cheese platter was a joke, 3 single grapes on it , the cheeses wasn’t fresh ( clearly they had it ready , who knows for how long ) . They rushed us out basically , so if they know you won’t enjoy the service why letting us in ?! Cleaning in front of us , we asked for 2 blankets , they only gave us one . You can see that they just want to get your money quick .on the other hand the place is nice , great view , what a shame the level of service and quality of drinks and food doesn’t match the vibe . I'm very disappointed with the service! We ordered some drinks, but they were wrong. We tried to reach out to the waiter to let him know, but it was impossible. When he finally passed by our table, we mentioned that our drinks were wrong. He apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to bring new drinks without charges. We patiently waited for the drinks, but they never arrived. Instead, a new waiter (named Leandro, who was very rude) came to our table to say that they could not give us a drink free of charge because we had already consumed the drinks we first received. We asked to speak with the manager, but after waiting for a while, the manager never arrived. Instead, they sent us the right drink. Amazing terrace with amazing drinks!! This visit was a 10/10 experience! This visit has been one of my highlights to my trip to Lisbon, I reserved a few weeks ago asking for a nice table with a view, which the staff did take into account once we arrived. When making a reservation it is specified at all times the minimum consumption of 25 euros and we are perfectly fine with it as you can have a drink and an appetizer to share, it is well worth it. The drinks are so good and well done, the couches are very comfortable and the VIEW wowed us!! So beautiful especially at the golden hour 😍 We overall enjoyed the experience and had a lot of fun.
