We checked into our gorgeous suite and went downstairs for some drinks and appetizers at the bar. Bartender was friendly and informative. Service was great! No others really there. Had dinner in the restaurant which is low lit, romantic and intimate with also only a couple other tables so again great service. The food was really great except the French Onion Soup was a little sweet and not too brothy. Lots of bread and cheese. Nice flavor tho and a large portion. The oysters were fresh and delicious! Presentation was outstanding! Extremely affordable too! The salmon wellington was good but the star was the mushroom pasta! Creamy, Flavorful and Satisfying, a must get! Kinda disappointed in the chocolate cake, was hoping for more traditional chocolate cake with light fluffy cake and layers of frosting vs. a dense cake with a chocolate ganache. I couldn't expect such bad experience from a world renowned place like a restaurant in a Hyatt hotel. We ordered the seafood platter. One of the reasons we chose this dish because it had oysters in it. When the waiter brought the dish he said he's sorry but they are out of oysters and they replaced the oyster with shrimp. I'd expect the waiter to notify me in advance for a platter that costs 47 euros. Feels like scam. Then they mixed the dish I ordered (grouper; fish of the day) with the dish my partner ordered(salmon in bread) and I noticed it only after having the first bite when my partner was already halfway in. We were staying at this hotel and tried to have a look at the bar. They told us there is a €25 minimum per person if we want to sit down and a manager has to supervise us going up to take a loon around. We waited 15 minutes. Multiple people went up ahead of us and we asked to go up with them, but we were told we had to wait for staff to accompany us to answer our questions. We said we had no questions, we just wanted to see the menu and look at the view. They said we needed to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, we eventually left, without seeing anything.
