We had a birthday dinner there , and lemme tell you it was AWFUL ! Why ? So first the staff was so mean to us 6 girls who just wanted to celebrate love and a happy birthday to a 25 year old queen , second we barely continued eating , they picked up our dishes and even picked up one of the girls' glasses without finishing so she had to drink directly from the bottle which was so disrespectful , third we took some pictures with the instax camera that we forgot on the table and we came back looking for them 5min after we left and guess what ? They threw them awaaay ! I precise that since the staff didn’t let us celebrate the birthday as wished saying that “the reservation can only last for two hours so you have to go out NOW” and we didn’t even had time to pack so we didn’t take pictures because they were stressing us to go out , we didn’t ate in peace , we didn’t enjoy our moment since every two seconds the staff came to remind us that we only had 5/6min left like ? knowing that they didn’t mention while booking for a table that the reservation can only stand for two hours ! Yeah so our experience was not experiencing and we don’t recommend at any circumstances other wise you will loose your time and definitely not enjoy your time ! Just wanted to add one little thing , the food was sooo salty and tasteless basically...
Read moreThe food is ok, the service is good, but the culture of the place is not nice at all.
I think there are lots of other actually GREAT places.
We were having a nice time, our bill was 200€ for 3 people, but we were told they’re closing and were asked to leave at 12am, even though it says they close at 12:30am…
They turned off the music, started cleaning around, splitting the tips, and when we said we thought they’re closing in half an hour, they said “you already stayed longer than you were allowed to, your time ended long time ago…”
I think people should not be treated like that, we paid more than average, left 10% tips, and followed all the rules. But they didn’t follow theirs.
They have so many conditions to simply book a table, that it’s easier to just find another place that wouldn’t have any specific rules to do so.
They allow only 2 hours per table, they simply come to you and say it’s your time to leave. If you don’t come on time, or cancel the reservation it’s 25€ fine per person. You leave your card details when you book a table.
If you just want to eat, have a nice time, and spend your money on dinner - I don’t think you have to have so many conditions.
I’d honestly rather cook some pasta at home😅 or there are lots of other better places you can find...
Read moreThis place read like a good option online for meeting a new friend for lunch where they can accomodate dietary requirements while others can eat whatever they like. This was unfortunately not the case though.
The trouble started when my friend arrived and was asked if she had a booking despite the restaurant being completely empty. The menu had symbols indicating both vegetarian and vegan but I noticed that the menu in the restaurant was marked differently to online. In the restaurant copy, options such as a cheesy seafood pasta was marked as vegan. When I checked with the server she advised this was vegetarian, and then when I clarified that they had marked seafood as vegetarian I was advised that these were a misprint, and so I had to ask what could be made appropriate to eat.
My options ended up being a plain tomato sauce on pasta, and despite advising that I am allergic to diary it arrived covered in cheese so had to be sent back and remade while my friend waited before eating. The final meal after all of this was very average, and certainly not worth the confusion. Lisbon has plenty of other options, so if you need dietaries catered for I would...
