Lero Lero is one of those spots that you insist your friends go to, it’s the entire package. The walls are lined up with some of the best biodynamic producers (the type of bottles that make you dance once you taste them); don’t know what you might be into, don’t worry, ask the staff and they will point you in the exact direction. The pizza, the pizza was so good, we ordered 5 and every one HIT. Our group was arguing about who got the last slice of pie from each. Above all; the vibe. Lero Lero is gorgeously set up. Whether you want a corner to gossip and drink or be in the middle of the action. We came on a DJ night and ended dancing the night away by the booth. The staff is so warm, gave us so many recommendations as to where to go next. Lero Lero is full of life and one of the highlights of my recent trip to Lisboa. You’ll see me on this street corner again one day and someone better save me a slice and a glass of wine.

If you're looking for an unforgettable pizza experience, Lero Lero stands out in every way. The pizzas are extraordinary, with perfectly baked crusts, fresh, high-quality ingredients, and an incredible range of flavors that make each bite unforgettable. It’s easily the best pizza I’ve ever had. Their selection of wines is outstanding, perfectly curated to complement the food. The tiramisu you really need to try it. Service is impeccable—staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making your dining experience perfect. It's more than just a meal; it's a must-visit for any pizza lover. And on top of that all...the blonde pizzaiolo, is veryyy cute!

Fantastic pizza place with a phenomenal wine list and super friendly staff. The pizzas are excellent and I only wish I had more than one stomach. You’ll definitely need a reservation. Two warnings: there are no paper menus. They bring the list out on a chalkboard. Study the list carefully. They mix in the no cheese pizzas with the rest of them so you can’t really tell what it is. It’s my biggest pet peeve about pizza places where they don’t explicitly call out cheeseless or white pizzas. The other thing is that bar seating is uncomfortable. Either the stools are too high or the bar top is too low. If you’ve got a bad back, book the normal seating.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing, which was a shame, as I had been eagerly looking forward to visiting.

Here’s what happened: my friend made a reservation for three people at 9:30 pm through the restaurant's Instagram profile. Later in the afternoon, she messaged the restaurant to ask if we could add one more person, increasing the reservation from three to four people. The restaurant responded that it would be fine, but they could only serve three pizzas, as the count was limited. Although we found it unusual, my friend agreed, as we were excited to try the place.

When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready, and we waited about 10-15 minutes, which wasn’t an issue. Once seated, we asked again about the three-pizza limit, and the server confirmed that only three pizzas would be served. We found it strange for a restaurant to restrict the number of pizzas per reservation—what if I wanted two pizzas myself? However, we let it go and took our seats, hoping there was some rationale behind this.

After waiting a while, we politely asked the server if we could order a fourth pizza, as we were genuinely hungry. One friend noticed many people waiting outside and asked if they had reservations or were walk-ins, as there was quite a line. I should mention that we were never rude; we just wanted to understand if there was any flexibility.

The response was shockingly rude. The server lost his patience and replied in a disrespectful and irritated tone, insisting that he had already explained the situation and that if we weren’t satisfied, we could leave. I was stunned by his tone and the sarcasm. It was extremely disappointing.

After that, we decided to leave. I would never stay in a place where the staff treats customers with such disrespect, especially when all we wanted was to order more food.

Perhaps the server was having a bad day or dealing with personal issues or maybe he was just rude, but regardless, the way he treated us was...

I mean it’s alright… saw a lot of hype about this place online but wasn’t overly impressed. The good things first- the concept of pizza/wine bar is a vibe. The pizza was very good indeed. Now the not so good parts- the music was way too loud, had to talk very loud to speak to the person sitting next to you. The service was subpar and overall not super welcoming. Lastly, if you are going to market yourself as a wine bar, the wine service really needs to be improved. Besides the price the girl helping us really did not know much about what they wines were. She gave us a sample of a orange wine and then once we ordered a bottle of red one poured that bottle right into the glass we had the orange wine in… Additionally the bottle we ordered wasn’t at the right temperature so they put it in the freezer for a bit and we had to wait until after our pizza arrived to start drinking it. None of these were massive mood killers but considering that the cheapest wine is around 30€ I expected a bit more out of the wine experience. Also nothing crazy but personally was not a fan of having one chalkboard menu in the middle of the restaurant and then being told to get up and take a picture of it. Same thing with the “wine menu” being on the wall. We thankfully weren’t sitting on that side of the bar but the gentleman who was, clearly was getting annoyed about constantly having people standing directly behind him looking at the wines. Potential to be a really great spot hence the...

We came with high expectations, but the experience was mixed. The welcome wasn’t very warm, and the service felt quite distant, maybe because we came on the 2nd service on a Saturday night : the waitress only spoke to us twice and couldn’t provide any information about the origin of the ingredients. The waitress condescendingly answered the only question I wanted to ask, then turned her back on us for the rest of the evening. We were also disappointed to find that the pizza we wanted wasn’t available (they didn’t warn us so we had to stand up to walk over the menu twice). Overall, it felt like the staff was more focused on regulars than on us. We asked if there were any antipasti and the waitress directly poured us a plate of olives we didn’t agree on (that was charged). Plus, no one came to offer us dessert or anything else after the only pizza we had (another waitress told us after there was an option).

That being said, the pizza was decent, but nothing exceptional, especially considering the price. The wine selection was on another note amazing ! The place has potential, but more attentive service would really improve the experience. As both restaurant business owners, we would say that the service was acceptable, but not that worth it. We won’t...
