We were really unpleasantly surprised by our experience at this restaurant. We frequently visit the group’s other restaurants: Cortesia and Teimar, which we love, so we came with high expectations.
Unfortunately, more than half the restaurant is located in a cramped basement with poor lighting and terrible acoustics. Upon arrival, we were directed downstairs. When we politely asked to sit upstairs, we were told it was full.. only to later realize that the two tables we had requested remained empty the entire time.
We were the first to arrive in the basement and the first to place our order. Yet somehow, everyone else received their food before us. We waited over an hour.
When our food finally arrived, it was another disappointment. The steak portion was laughably small, more suitable for a children’s menu. The fries were clearly old, refried several times, and the rice had obviously been reheated in the microwave. The food itself was barely warm.
There seems to be no proper management, no quality control, and a clear lack of consistency. We won’t be coming back, and we’ll be making sure to share our experience...

O serviço foi óptimo, a esplanada muito agradável mas a comida não tem a qualidade expectável. No steak au poivre e no bife à Marrare o molho é uma componente essencial do prato e a utilização de “molhos instantâneos” não é a melhor forma de obter uma qualidade minimamente aceitável, isto apesar do lombo ser de boa qualidade e do detalhe da pimenta ser verde como manda a receita. Agora os molhos… não cumprem os mínimos! As batatas fritas eram aceitáveis e o esparregado com aquele aspecto aquecido e escurecido pelo microondas , nem mereceu ser provado. Acredito que será fácil corrigir estes pontos negativos pois, manteiga, natas e leite podem ser encontrados em qualquer...
