This exceeded my expectations, and they were high!
Arrived at 21:45, thinking I would be last customer, but it had a line up the road. Service was fast. Servers was perhaps slightly tired, so less smiles - BUT - as they closed shop, they had more energy and talked about the ice cream and were just really great. So just try and keep in mind how hard and fast they work :)
Anyways - the ice cream. Pistachio and nocciola were great - the ones I normally go for, and these were definitely in the highs of the best Iâve had. The zabione however blew me. Amazing. I feared it would be too much licqour, but it was perfectly balanced, and my absolute favorite.
This was without a doubt the best ice cream Iâve had in Portugal, possible even in the world (on top with a few places in Italy).
I know Phil made this famous, but do make this your top priority - itâs not just...

Service: 0/5. The guy is so rude. We were a group of 6 and wanted to try flavors. We were all sharing one small ass sample scoop and then halfway through refused to let us have more samples saying âguys we only let a maximum of 3 samples per person and we already exceeded thatâ
LIES. Because collectively we did NOT have 18 samples. We had max 7 samples. If they didnât want to give out more samples just say so. We were all getting one serving each too so I donât understand their logic.
Awful service making us feel like we owed them stuff and then tried to gaslight us.
No place to sit and chill either.
Go to Muâs around the corner instead. Highly...

We sampled a variety of flavors, including coconut, strawberry, basil, port & egg, and caramel. Our favorites were definitely the coconut and caramelâboth were unbelievably rich and flavorful. One of the staff members mentioned that summers can get so busy that people wait in line for up to an hour. Fortunately, visiting Lisbon in February meant we had no trouble getting in.
The flavors, freshness, and quality of ingredients completely blew us away. Everything is locally made, and you can taste the difference. A phenomenal experienceâhighly recommend to anyone who loves gelato...
