Poke House - Alvalade — Restaurant in Lisbon

We ordered online with Uber Eats. The restaurant confirmed to then only call us to tell that they don't have what we have ordered (by that time we were already charged) and they refused to cancel themselves and hang up on us. We then talked to Uber and found out that the restaurant had sent out the order and that they were not responding to their calls either (the Uber team said that we should wait for the order and that they can't refund us the order is already out). The delivery brought the order and informed us that the restaurant didn't send the full order, so we did not take it. We were charged over 50 Euros. Lost our break hour on the shenanigans with Uber support service. And we're left hungry. Don't recommend ordering from them as they chicken out because of their mistake and leave you hungry and...

Depois de diversos pedidos atrasados sempre mais de 40 minutos além da previsão de entrega original, a gota dagua que me trouxe aqui para escrever esta resenha foi meu ultimo pedido feito pela Glovo que atrasou quase 1h30 além da previsão. Se são incompetentes e não sabem trabalhar, nao prometam coisas que sabem que nao podem cumprir. É compreensível que atrasos aconteçam, mas quando atrasos acontecem de forma sistémica isso reflete diretamente a incompetencia do pessoal em gerir o próprio estabelecimento, em prejuízo do cliente final. Por mais de uma vez esta loja me estragou a hora do almoço. Não serei mais cliente de nenhuma Poke House por causa da péssima experiência que tive, repetidas vezes, com esta loja em particular. Very bad take-away service. The staff dont organized for take away services. They preparing the order randomly and the couriers waiting outside. Because of that some orders ready inside but couriers are not here. The employer should check how the work...
