We ordered online with Uber Eats. The restaurant confirmed to then only call us to tell that they don't have what we have ordered (by that time we were already charged) and they refused to cancel themselves and hang up on us. We then talked to Uber and found out that the restaurant had sent out the order and that they were not responding to their calls either (the Uber team said that we should wait for the order and that they can't refund us the order is already out). The delivery brought the order and informed us that the restaurant didn't send the full order, so we did not take it. We were charged over 50 Euros.
