VEGANS BE CAREFUL HERE!

This place presents itself as a vegan establishment but has non-vegan (animal products) options and the staff don't seem to be too clear about what is what. I asked the staff whether everything was vegan and he said yes, so I proceeded to order from the selection. A couple days later I returned and a different staff member told me the salted caramel I had eaten (as I thought it was vegan) was actually made with animal products! The first staff also couldn't answer my question when I asked which sweeteners were used if there was no sugar.

The gelato was okay, especially considering it's sugar free, but the situation seems dangerous for any vegans who are wanting...

Genuinely amazing and some of the best vegan ice cream I've had but they also serve dairy so be careful. We asked if everything was vegan and the server told us yes. We went back the next day and my wife ordered the same thing and this time were told the salted caramel was not vegan. Needless to say we were very upset by this and disappointed this was not made clear on our first visit. Their waffle are also not vegan, again we were told this the first time that they were but not the second visit. Not acceptable and labels were not clearly marked to help with...
