I had the pleasure of dining at ZeroZero pizzaria last night, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The staff was excellent, from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. They were knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to our needs, and very friendly.
The food was also incredible. We started with the burrata and the grilled octopus, both of which were amazing. For our main courses, we had the Margherita pizza and the spaghetti carbonara. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and the carbonara was creamy and flavorful.
We also had a bottle of wine, and the waiter was very helpful in recommending a wine that would pair well with our meal. He knew a lot about the wines on the menu, and he was able to suggest a wine that we both really enjoyed.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at ZeroZero pizzaria. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience."
Here are some specific details that I would include in my feedback:

Read moreMy friend and I stumbled across Zero Zero one lunchtime when I Lisbon and decided it was going to be worth our attention. The beautiful garden with bougainvilleas would be the ideal place to sit and eat together if the weather was better, so we decided to sit inside. The service was excellent and went well with the setting.
As an Italian restaurant, we went with the classic pizzas for main course, but not before we tucked into Frittura di Calamari with courgette, eggplant, carrots and broccoli as well as Burrata con Prosciutto crudo di Parma 18 mesi and basil oil for starters. They were the perfect pairing and I don’t mind admitting we had a bit of both each!
The pizza options were plentiful, and it took a little while to decide what we wanted. All sounded so good. We could see others having their pizzas brought out and they were exactly what you would expect in Italy! I ate the Diavola which has a spicy Calabrian ventricina and was divine. My friend opted for the Prosciutto crudo di Parma e Bufala Campana DOP and she loved every mouthful. There is nothing more to be said about a meal!
We even had room left for dessert, as we sat in the garden feeling at one with the world. We went for the Tiramisù and the Millefoglie al Caramello salato and shared these as well. It was a meal that we will remember for a long time. If you are in Lisbon, then seek...
Read moreOur favorite restaurant in Lisbon. My girlfriend and I eat here at least 3 times per week. Great staff, excellent food and 100% best cocktails in town!
Our last experience was terrible we incounterd a gentlem who claimed to be the "big boss/GM" who treated us and his staff woth ZERO respect! A person who acts like this does not fit the vibe and energy of this restaurant nor does he deserve to work in hospitality!!
GET RID OF CHICO, horrific embassdor for the brand.
I hope we don't see him any time soon.
Very unfair towards a team that works so hard.
Update
Here’s a revised version of your review with improved grammar and flow:
Review for Zero Zero Restaurant:
I recently visited Zero Zero for the first time in over a year, and unfortunately, a lot has changed. The bread was stale, and when I asked about it, they claimed they were constantly changing bread suppliers. With such a beautiful oven, why not just bake it yourselves? The pizza dough was also undercooked—half raw, as you can see in the photo. When I requested some butter to help with the stale bread, the manager looked at me like I was from another planet.
Seriously, you guys need to wake up. I highly recommend you take a trip to any restaurant in South Africa to experience what real quality and...
