Very rude. Only if you want food and with reservation. Okay so first of all, when we arrived you offered us a seat and said we could have that for 1.5 hours. So I really have a hard time understand how anything you write here makes sense. Only after we said we only wanted drinks, you offered us a „seat“ in the sun, and said no without reservation. So I get it, we are not the kind of customer you wanted, you care about the money I get it. I don’t know why you accuse me of „rolling my eyes“ I certainly didn’t as you weren’t even talking to me lol. And after looking at other 1-star reviews, your responses speak for themselves, as you are clearly incapable of receiving negative feedback. Speaking badly about the customer instead of apologizing, that’s just sad. I really just wanted to enjoy a drink on my vacation at your place it was really nice there but personally I think you can learn something about customers service. Have a good day.
