Surperviser verbally attacked me and my friends on her birthday for using a flashlight . I was expecting for a calm tone of voice as we were not aware it could bother other people . He got in my face and was being extremely rude until he found out I was an influencer . The food was served cold , they tried to charge us for things we have not ordered , claimed as a facility with an outside area , they not obligated to give us blankets despite seeing plenty of other people with it . He tried to “ compensate “ us by waving things on the bill we NEVER ordered . Waiters did not listen to our food wishes . Do NOT recommend, it was an AWFUL experience and completely ruined my friend birthday . We drove 50 min to get there just to be attacked by the supervisor with his lack of professionalism. The vibe, music and environment is great! But the service and organization is a mess. My friend had her birthday celebration party here, the meat was served cold like sashimi:) we had to ask them to warm up again, we ordered a shared dessert for seven, they gave us just one spoon for it, guess they just thought we’re so close as to share even the spoon together:) not to mention that the so called dessert was just a mix of sugar and flour , and ice mixed with flavored sugar and cream:) I mean, we don’t really care about the food and all, we were just there to enjoy the vibes and celebrate my friend’s birthday:) we had great time. Went to the season opening 30/06/23 for a dinner party and had a lovely meal and pleasant evening. Dinner wise really enjoyed the starters "Lobster taquitos" and the "Foi-gras scallop". Simply delicious. Mains wise enjoyed the "Turbot with roast vegetables". Last but not least, found one of the deserts, sublime: "fruit cubes with goiaba pulp". Then was time to dance (which I love to do)...there's a spacious dance floor surrounded with beautiful decor and the DJ was playing a mix of electronic and comercial tunes which worked quite well in my opinion.
