The GusTo is a real Michelin Star Restaurant with delicious food and an amazing service. We had the 8 course Tasting menu including the wine pairing. We started with a glass of Portuguese Sparkling Wine as an aperitif. From the kitchen came a savoury amuse-bouche. I was already now captivated and getting very curious how the menu will be. I didn’t get disappointed, each course was a dream, the preparation to the perfection, the taste so smooth and rounded up with the finesse of seasoning. But the Star of the evening was the Sommelier, Mr. Miguel Martins. He selected and served the best wines; the perfect harmony with each dish. I had an amazing meal. This restaurant is run by a chef who had 3 Michelin stars at a previous restaurant. The food, service and decor were impeccable. The standout dish was the fagotelli carbonara.
