The place is fine as a place. As a restaurant, it has various downpoints. We ordered pizzas and pastas. On both cases, the dishes were not tasting as if ingredients blended together, but rather as if they were just put together. The ingredients themselves tasted quite regular, not bad though, but also not as chef/selection taste. That was very obvious in the bolognese pasta. The pizzas were definitely not artigianale (as said in Italy for handcrafted). The focaccia tasted like end-of-day/next-day bread/focaccia heated up with the pesto on top. Quite plain taste. It was obvious not a fresh focaccia. On the service: regular as well... We had no deserts... We realized that it is a restaurant explored by the hotel, so not so surprising what we found!! Don't even bother with pizza or garlic bread, there is so little dough used that it's practically dust. The garlic bread crumbled in my hand and was totally inedible. Nice clean place. BLUE Cheese BRUSCHETTA was outstanding. Carbonate a little creamy for my taste. But served with fresh parmigiana so ok. Nice staff. Its cheap and so you cannot expect gourmet dining. Portions large so very happy leaving 25% of my dish after starter. House wine fruity and very acceptable. Overall loved it. Out of season hence atmosphere. Better than many more expensive places. Irish and Sports bars...
