Restaurante Pic-nic — Restaurant in Loulé

Worst service ever. Rude workers. Overpriced food for the quality and a scam. MY CHICKEN WAS RAW and had bits of blood in it. We told the waiter and which was very rude and blamed it on us not asking to take it back and grill it more (even though it had bloodspots on it also). After seeing it raw I felt done eating. My father orders a medium rare filé steak but got a piece of pork meat. The sangria was half way full of ice. My order was a chicken kebab which in this case was chicken and tomato pieces on a fkn stick.

When we got the note to pay we told them we did not want to pay for the RAW chicken. He was very rude to us and said he cant do anything bout it. He told us SOME PEOPLE LIKE THEIR CHICKEN THAT WAY ”RAW”!!! EVERYBODY KNOWS raw chicken is DANGEROUS! He continued with saying ”it’s not dangerous HERE”.

He refused to go get his boss. Who was fkn standing a bit behind us.

The rest of my table also ordered ”chicken kebab” which had raw pieces. One of then wanted to ordered a pork kebab but they said they were out of pork...mt dad got pork instead of his steak.

After a pleasant and warm day, we decided to have dinner at this beautiful restaurant where "decor" and irritable music are the focus. If you like long waiting times, regular bread without anything or food soaked in French fries, this is the perfect place for you! Expensive food for very little and flies interested in your food, that came almost an hour after we ordered. Luckily this welcoming waiter came after 10 minutes and said they had no burger left. Then I decided I will have chicken kebab. When you got tired of waiting and really wanted to leave, the kebab came served on a large skewer, with lots of burnt vegetables that were not eatable. I got full on some chicken slices and French fries. For the food I order a coke, which was served in a glass with a big, big slice of lemon which ruined the taste of a perfectly normal coca cola, which should be hard to fault.

Waited almost an hour to be served raw chicken was told the reason being was that they didn’t have a chef today and the guy cooking didn’t have experience but was told we still had to pay for it. Was offered an apology but issue was not fixed and the price of the chicken was not removed.

In response to your response, we did notify the waiter and was told what do you want me to do we have no chef and they knew guy is inexperienced. We asked for discount for the raw chicken that was not eaten not for the onion and peppers on the kebab or the chips and did not ask for a refund on the monkfish as that was fine, you claim to have an influx of customers when that was a lie we was your first customers in there that evening and was for almost the hour we waited for our raw food, i wish we had read the google reviews before going as i see you have this problem with RAW...
