Cafetaria Berlim&Doughnuts Matosinhos — Restaurant in Matosinhos

The first time I went there (during the afternoon approx. 5pm) I was well served and the doughnuts were a good substitute for Krispy Kreme I've been craving for a long time since I moved to Portugal. Two other times I went there after work and they were closed, even tho the internet said they close at 9:30. I called the number and a gentleman was kind to let me know they close at 9pm. Lo and behold I went there and got there at 8:35pm and they were already closing. For the second time, I came home empty handed.

On the phone I was also told they do plain doughnuts by ordering and upon asking the lady of the shop, she said they don't do those at all. I'm not sure if it's a communication problem from within the company and/or employees but it's a shame how unorganized and confusing it is for us clients to have to deal with these circumstances.

I'm giving a 3 star because the doughnuts are good, but the rest of it is just a pure mess that ruins...

I’m not a fan of the donuts. But coming for coffee very often - good service, price and the quality of the coffee cups

Also they open until late ( 9pm), that’s not common for the cafes around.
