Restaurante Arco Iris — Restaurant in Nazaré

The appetizer with shrimp only had 5 shrimps and lots and lots and lots of potatoes, should be called potatoes with 5 shrimps, an insult using the name of Nazaré in the dish The Caldeirada only had 3 little pieces of fish (tasted good though) and lots of potatoes again The arroz de marisco didn't taste any good, the seafood wasn't fresh. It had only shrimp and brown crab. The brown crab didn't taste good. Too expensive for only 2 different seafood Overall not recommend at all, paid 30€ per person and didn't eat anything at all low quality...

My family ate here last Saturday - excellent food (we had the arroz de marisco, arroz de tamboril and the bife grelhado). It was very tasty and good value for money. This was our second time to eat here so we knew it would be great, and it didn't disappoint. The restaurant has moved a few doors down from where it used to be - now better than ever! Over 20€ for 3 drinks and the appetizer, average for a touristic place in Portugal. Be aware though, if some families appear after you they will serve them before you (due to the kids) so you will end up waiting one hour to eat... This is the restaurant politic according to the woman in charge and I think is stupid, so I have to...
