The prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious at this café. We sat down for lunch to have cider. You can try Bandida do Pomar's cider here. Since we liked the place, we also sat down for dinner in the evening. The wraps we had for dinner were also really tasty.

The service was generally good, but we had a somewhat unpleasant experience when we sat down for dinner. According to Google Maps, there was still plenty of time before closing. We placed our order and ate our meals. When we wanted to order something else, they said they had already closed their kitchen. Upon that, we just asked for a drink, but they refused, saying it was already closing time. There were other people sitting besides us; they got up, and awithin a few minutes, they actually closed the café. They even brought a cardboard cup for my wife's unfinished drink.

If you accept customers close to your closing time, you should inform them of your closing time. Especially when taking orders, they should have explicitly mentioned that they were going to close their kitchen and these were their last orders. If they had done that, there wouldn't have been any problem. Their unprofessional behavior was not pleasant.

Anyway, despite that, I can still say it's a place I would recommend. Overall, we...

🟢 THE GOOD || Delicious variety of food, great for breakfast or brunch. Pancakes are very well made with interesting and delicious garnishes.

🟡 THE NOT-SO-GOOD || Pancakes are not tall having just two layers and therefore relatively expensive. If you are looking for those tall, fluffy and thick pancakes, smoking hot, this is not the place. There is another place in town that serves them.

Caipirinhas are not served the traditional way. The drink came with massive ice cubes when the drink is supposed to be served with cracked ice. Furthermore the drink lacked the sweet sugary side. All and all it was poorly made though it didn't lack alcohol

If you plan to eat here be sure to arrive during the afternoon as its kitchen close at 7PM, working solely as a drinking bar afterwards.

🔴 THE BAD || Had a poor bar experience as no waiter came to my table to pick my order. After waiting considerably, sitting at the empty table, I simply left and moved to another place that served me immediately.

▶️ OVERALL || Although the place lacked on the drinks and bar service, its food is, nonetheless, supreme and must be tried,...

We stopped at Nazare on our way to Porto, decided to eat here. They some of the standard brunch options but also a whole bunch of grilled sandwiches. We got a salad - good healthy option to make up for stuff we were going to eat :). For entrees, I had the spicy sausage sandwich, one of the others got a scramble which came with interesting fried onions - pretty cool. The third person got a diff sandwich (don't recall the name). All the food was very good

For drinks, I had a couple margaritas - a little low on the alcohol but that's ok as it was the afternoon. Service was good, no issues. The prices were also reasonable considering it is so close...
