We dined here this evening, and the experience was less than satisfactory. The restaurant was extremely chaotic, with no atmosphere to speak of, and the plastic chairs were quite uncomfortable. We received regular cola instead of the Coke Zero we ordered, likely due to the waiter not paying close attention. Additionally, the bread we requested only arrived after we followed up. The fish soup contained very little fish. While the second appetizer and the grilled octopus were excellent, the calamari skewer was mediocre at best. The servers were not only rude but also inattentive. The restaurant manager, in particular, was incredibly unprofessional and discourteous.
Several members of our tour group had similar complaints. We were overcharged for our meal and ultimately had to request a refund. The restaurant's practices were questionable, as they charged for sharing plates and individual cheeses and breads without clearly communicating these fees.

Read moreWow. Incredible, authentic Portuguese food. I tried the octopus salad and was impressed with the flavors, and the freshness of the seafood. The portion size was great, and I was able to share some with the rest of the table to try. The steak and chicken was flavorful.
I also tried the bacalhau de nata, which I hadn’t ever seen before. It could be described as cheesy mashed potatoes with a crispy top, with codfish incorporated throughout. I would definitely order again.
