First of all the reception was great. We got to talk with the owner and he welcomed us and explain the concept behind the restaurant. He also explained how to order using their qr code system and advised us on how much we should order because we were a big group. After we ordered the first round of picanha and sides the food arrived pretty fast but we noticed that the ammount of picanha as very low and so we decided to order the double of the ammount we ordered previously. This second time the meat took very long to arrive while the sides came very fast as soon as we ordered. At this point we were not happy with the speed that the meat was arriving so we decided to order a big quantity so we didn't have to wait so long to get meat. After we did the big order the owner noticed that and came to our table and said they coundt fullfill the order due to the fact that the grills were very busy at the time. With time the big order started to come in bits and in the middle of that as piece of picanha came in our plate without even touching the grill, completly raw. The sides were good except the fries that were too small and few, the meat was well seasoned but in very low in quantity and seems like they are prioritizing the sides to fill you up so you dont waste thier valuable picanha. Probably not ever coming back but i hope they fix this kind of problems for the future. The concept is good but the execution...

Fiquei completamente desiludida com a experiência por vários motivos, que passo a citar:

1. Não me parece profissional, logo no primeiro contacto (à entrada), ao tentar perceber se dava para jantar, que neste diálogo o funcionário esteja ao mesmo tempo a mexer no telemóvel
2. Percebemos a intenção/ideia com um novo serviço: a App para fazer os pedidos de comida para a mesa, no entanto, não gostámos desse tipo de conceito pois: temos que estar sempre a mexer no telemóvel para pedir mais comida; estive mais tempo preocupada em pedir o que faltava de comida na mesa do que a desfrutar do jantar e do convívio uma vez que a comida é sempre servida em doses pequenas (ou seja, em grupos como o nosso, de 6 pessoas, podiam serviam mais quantidade de cada vez para evitar esta situação); não se tornou 100% funcional nem simplificou pois a certa altura os pedidos na App não estavam a chegar à cozinha.
3. Decidimos experimentar a sangria… Inicialmente, a de frutos vermelhos, e bebeu-se… A seguir vem a desilusão - pedimos a de Maracujá, que mais parecia uma saqueta de sumo em pó com alguma coisa qualquer a mais… Neste momento surge a minha principal crítica: solicitamos ao funcionário se poderia colocar algo na sangria pois o sabor dela era exactamente o mesmo que sumo. O funcionário leva o jarro e regressa outro funcionário com a mesma, respondendo que a sangria é mesmo assim e volta a pousar na mesa. Continuando insatisfeita com a bebida, questiono o chefe de sala sobre o assunto, ao qual me respondeu que a receita da casa era assim mesmo e não podiam fazer nada, as medidas eram aquelas e não podiam ser alteradas. Ora, estamos a falar de uma bebida mais cara que um sumo e a nossa ideia também não era sairmos alcoolizados com ela… apenas pedimos para colocar algo porque estava autêntico sumo e não tiveram essa flexibilidade, assumindo assim que preferem que o cliente fique insatisfeito do que arranjarem uma solução (que era tão simples). Se eu pedisse a sangria sem laranja por ser alérgica à laranja, também não me serviam dessa forma porque a receita leva essa fruta?! Se eu quisesse um panache com mais 7up que cerveja também não me serviam porque existe determinadas proporções de mistura?! E no meio disto tudo, ainda senti falta de cortesia com o cliente, pois simplesmente deixavam as jarras de sangria sem ter a atenção de servir, foi preciso solicitarmos isso.
4. A picanha era extremamente fina.

Mas vou acreditar que, como ainda só têm 4 meses de funcionamento (pelo que deviam até zelar por criar uma casa com o máximo de clientes satisfeitos), que os erros e a experiência contribua para melhorarem dia após dia…

Ponto positivo a destacar: um Wc super diferente do normal… muito bonito e engraçado...

It's a good place to dinner.

There are a sufficient number of staff however you will notice that they don't have much experience because after the place becomes more then half full the waiting time because larger and larger.

As for the quality of the food you can eat all the picanha you want however after the first dose you see a noticeable downgrade on the meat quality.

On the subject of space the tables depend on luck, because either you are bellow the table limit, exempt 3 persons on a 4 table person, or you will have a hard time having the side dish on the table.

The menu also follows a trend we're you need a smartphone to order, however like many the system is still unstable and need a bit of explanation by not being so much user friendly.
