I've had already eaten on-site, highly recommend that, bit of a sports-bar feeling serving great meals which arent only good bank for buck in my opinion, but simply one of the best burgers in town for sure.

The staff is very friendly and attentive as well.

Now in my book thats a 4/5 rating, for that last star you gotta stand out in some way. Ribs and Company deserves that 5th star and I'll tell you why.

I have also ordered food through UberEats (UE) with them more than once, pleasurable each time, the fries were crispy even! Now thats a tough find in delivery.

However sadly yesterday when I ordered through UE again, paying that extra euro for direct delivery as well hoping for them crispy fries of course

Max here, your local guide. This time at Ribs&Co: Summary: (5/5) Unfortunately overrated but fair priced. The brisket is just roastbeef not a brisket! If you're close, no harm in swinging by but don't drive there all the way out.

Detailed below: After two years in the United States, I was missing American BBQ. So, I grabbed my US friends and we visited here.

Taste: (3/5) Yes, this was the disappointing part. We ordered a broad selection, starting with several sides (buffalo wings, chips, onion rings) to several mains (Brisket, Hot ribs, baby back ribs, St Louis Ribs).

The sides overall wrte okay. The Buffalo wings were actually very good. The onion rings only okay (not that great). The fries were average however a strong recommendation for the Sweet Potato fries!

The brisket is the main disappointment of the evening. We expected an actual brisket but instead, we received slices over not well-enough cooked roast beef with a weak flavor profile and a chewy texture. Such a disappointment, I cannot stress enough that this has nothing to do with a brisket at all.

The hot and sticky ribs were great. The other ribs were just okay, nothing special.

Price: (4/5) You receive quite a lot for what you pay. 20-25€ for a two person platter that can be eaten by 1 hungry person we would all argue and thats what we all did. But still not expensive.

Service: (5/5) Was great. Super attentive,...

Update: the food we ordered today was not great. The burgers just didn't seem like meat. The chicken was tasteless. The only good thing was the chocolate milkshake! I don't think we will go back again

A perfect place for a guys night out...but of course for all your friends! If you are a meat lover, you will love this place. Only recently discovered it and I will be back but next time with my wife so she can experience the St. Louise Ribs. It was a great place to enjoy your fill of serious ribs. Update: Went back with my wife and they hit the mark again. Great food, music and more...
