Oakberry Açaí - Peniche / Baleal — Restaurant in Peniche

I’ve always really liked this establishment and was a regular customer, but unfortunately, during my last visit, I had a very negative experience. I noticed that the powdered milk or condensed milk had a strange taste ,somewhat like cheese, but I ignored it at the time, thinking it might be normal. A few hours later, I felt unwell, fainted, vomited, and ended up in the hospital diagnosed with infectious gastroenteritis.

I kindly ask the owners to be more careful with the storage conditions and expiration dates of their products to avoid situations like this...

So the acai and ingredients are not bad, good taste. Would be a 5 but for a couple of reasons. Acai bowl is served in a big plastic mug - could be a nice coconut bowl instead, at least when eating in. The interior is clean but not very cozy, plastic chairs and not personal or warm - if they fix the interior and make it more warm, cozy and homely that would also be great. Açaí é açaí, com complementos (paçoca, granola, leite em pó, etc) ou sem nada para mim é maravilhoso e faz-me lembrar minha terra natal. Contudo cá em Peniche digo-vos ESCOLHAM outro lugar! O atendimento é péssimo, ou a mulher acordou do avesso ou é mesmo antipática (a que está na caixa de cabelo preto curtinho). Era para comprarmos 3 unidades do clássico e só acabei por comprar 2, pelo atendimento horrível que tive. Quanto aos complementos, é muito rateado. Já comi em muitos lados e diversos concelhos e esse deixou-me mesmo a desejar. A paçoquinha que é um dos ingredientes mais almejados tem que se pagar a parte.
