Have been here on the first day of my trip to São Miguel and on my last day again (to take as many of the delicious gluten-free items with me as I could) - absolute heaven for a celiac.

I especially loved the Bolo Lêvedos, the milk rolls, the two versions of Brownies, the cinnamon rolls and the Carrilhos!

You can just come and buy some of the standard goods on site, but I'd maybe even suggest to order via e.g. WhatsApp in advance so that you can get a taste of everything.

Maybe one suggestion: maybe add an English version of the baked goods that you sell on your Facebook page (but Google image translator worked well!).

Such wonderful gluten free products at this place! Bought some bolos lêvedos and brownies, which my friend loved, and a loaf of bread, which we all enjoyed. She also confirmed what others have said about the caramel brownie - it was excellent.

You can just turn up and they have some products on sale, both fresh and packaged (the cookies). If you want them to make a cake you need to call ahead, and they have a minimum order...

Thank God for this bakery! I’ve tried gluten free bakeries around the world and this is definitely in my top 3. The bread actually tastes like real bread. It’s flavorful and soft. And the Portuguese desserts are out of this world! My favorite was the pineapple queijada, which is stuffed with pineapple grown on the island.
