Nice French pastries and coffees at a reasonable price. Staff are attentive, but occasionally overwhelmed by the number of customers.

I don't understand some of the poorer ratings. One person gave this place 1 star because it wasn't open when she came on a Monday? Does that make any sense? Two other people gave low ratings because they didn't get waited on at their tables and finally left, perhaps because they didn't grasp that the protocol here is to order at the counter, then wait for the staff to bring your order. Maybe they didn't notice that orders weren't being taken at any of the other...

Good coffee pastries like croissants around €1.35 mini ones 35c perfect with a coffee. Ladies behind the counter were lovely & so cheerful. Seating inside & outside street parking outside. Customers seemed quite international which was nice to hear all the differ languages & accents. 5 - 10 minute walk fro.m our hotel but they don’t do breakfast so we also took pastries home too as well as eating there as lovely and fresh. Fuimos a desayunar porque tenía mucha gente y el servicio fatal. Pedimos y esperamos más de media hora y tuvimos que quejarnos porque servían a todas las mesas que llegaban después y nosotros nada. Entro a reclamar y me dice si si y siguen sirviendo a mesas que llegaron después, al rato sale la camarera y nos pregunta que hemos pedido así que imagino que se le olvidó todo o no lo apuntó. No me levanté y me fui porque ya estaba pagado pero ni si quiera una disculpa. Encima sale el camarero a saludar una mesa y acariciar al perro y olía fatal a sudor y cuando entra no se lava ni las manos, espero que no fuera el que hacía las tostadas. Cuando por fin trae el desayuno se le derrama el cola cao en la bandeja y luego en la mesa, encima falta una tostada y un café. Menos mal que estaba todo buenísimo, digo tanto lo bueno como lo malo. Las tostadas, el zumo y el café muy bueno. La camarera que es más alta y mayor súper simpática y educada, los otros mejor que no hablen con los clientes porque encima que se equivocan parecen que te están perdonando la vida. Se equivocan de mesas, no saben ni para donde van las cosas. Luego para tres vasos de agua otro problema, te preguntan de mala gana que si de grifo que si te la cobra, que te la eches tú… De verdad que no cuesta nada ser agradable, en fin para no repetir.
