Come here as a group of 9 people for dinner. They managed to accommodate us as a walk in. In the group there are 2 vegans, 1 veggie and a toddler. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and let us know what the vegans could eat. They also did a small plate of noodles and veg for the toddler which was nice as it wasn't on the menu. On the toddler note, they did have highchairs which is great. I ordered the tempura veg (vegan) as a starter was very tasty. Then the veggie (vegan) yakisoba which was nice, but nothing special considering the price. Overall everyone enjoyed there meal and the atmosphere was good.

We came in on a Saturday for lunch and got a multi piece course of different sushi and we were both really impressed by the quality and freshness of the fish and sushi rolls. We both really enjoyed the tempura rolls. Very filling three courses of different sushi and fresh fish, both couldn't eat anymore after! Our waiter was incredible in describing each course of sushi and an overall really friendly and funny guy, the chefs were incredible and professional in preparing our food and they even make their own soy sauce which was very tasty. Thank you for the great food and hopefully we will be back next year.

Not too many options when looking for Asian food in Alvor but this restaurant is situated right on main street! The food was good, a little expensive for the quantity and portion size but still very yummy! We had ordered chicken yakisoba as well as avocado rolls and cucumber salad. Everything tasted good but the salad was very small for the price. The restaurant was very nice, the patio section is spacious and offers good views of the main street. The bathrooms were also very clean. Service was good!

I should have walked out from the start but I gave the waiter the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he was having a bad day… but no,he was just very rude and arrogant. I only ordered two dishes as I am a light eater at night, I know Japanese food very well so I ordered what I know I like. When it came I was impressed by how it was presented but so disappointed with the taste. It was tasteless! I ate the first dish because I was hungry but then the second I ate half because the shrimps in the roll were just so tasteless, the whole roll was! Definitely would not recommend, not sure how this place has so many glowing recommendations. Let's start with service, impeccable. We had three servers that rotated through the meal to ensure that as soon as we were done with one meal/drink, they were removing the dishes and sitting down our next portion. They made sure everything was great from start to finish. They never just sat down a plate and walked away. They took the time to explain each dish they brought and how it was cooked or curated.

Drinks - delicious. Both a wine and cocktail menu.

Food - insert Homer Simpson mmmm...... Because it was the best meal my husband and I had during our holiday. Everything was fresh and hot.

I made a reservation for 3 people and showed up a little bit too early because we walked past and saw that our table was ready. First the lady spoke to is in a very rude manner to tell us to wait our turn in the corner and made a hand gesture to get out the way. Next the man told us he wouldn’t be able to serve us yet even though our table was ready.
