Snack Bar Top — Restaurant in Portimão

Went here for a simple smoothie. She asked if we wanted a takeout cup and we said yes, she then proceeded to tell us it would be an extra euro per cup.. She then gave us small flimsy paper cups and barely filled them up over half way. Then charged us €15 for the 2 smoothies. We asked if we are paying this much for 2 drinks if we could at least get them filled up to the rim but she kept saying she didn’t understand and said this is how much we would get if we got them to sit in the restaurant. It was advertised as a fresh fruit smoothie but when we watched her make it she used 3/4 apple juice and a few small frozen berries. But for €15 we had much higher expectations.

Edit: We also found a handful of places offering the exact same smoothies within a 5 minute walk with the exact same...

Atendimento impensável. Rudes e recusam-se a servir o que os clientes querem pois não conseguem dar resposta por não estarem "habituados" a ter clientes. Não nos permitiu pedir o hamburguer top, entre outras coisas por ser muito demorado e difícil para a cozinha fazer, mesmo depois de dizermos que podíamos esperar. Funcionária mal educada e a fazer frete durante todo o serviço. Caro para o atendimento e definitivamente para as hipóteses que nos deram. Não volto, não recomendo e se for preciso critico noutras plataformas. Escrevo esta crítica antes sequer de experimentar a comida pois com o atendimento que...
