Hardly any food available, other that microwaved rubbish.
Dreadful service, the tried to rip us of asking 40 euro for a 25 euro bill claiming that there was a table mix up. The problem was there was no one else eating at the time !
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER! Yes this is certainly the place we visited . There is only one establishment in this area of town named Cass Inglesa.
No octopus salad, calmari, squid, or any of the tapas advertised.
Served large frozen mussels in a lukewarm sauce resembling canned soup served with a fork ! The burger was again a frozen mass produced item, dreadful ! The shrimp salad was tasteless no salt or dressing. The orange juice was OK
The service was appalling ! I had to keep going to the counter for missing items and the whole experience took 1.5 hours. Waited over 10 minutes for the bill, then decided to go inside to pay.

Husbands sandwich and coffee fine. Went to use the ladies toilet before leaving, 3 stalls, not one with a toilet seat! Disgusting! Not recommended!!!!!!
EDIT FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE You completely fail to address the lack of toilet seats! Shame on you ! Plus you take NO responsibility for the poor milk shake you sell to your customers ? ( DON'T YOU SAMPLE YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS??) I DO NOT RECOMMEND A VISIT TO THIS POORLY MANAGED SO...

Lots of space outside to eat. Friendly and welcoming staff. Opportunity to eat inside a spacious restaurant. Good selection of food. Ice creams were 1.50 to 2 euros. There is a newsagents and a shop selling souvenirs. Small walk to the port which was lovely and a 5 minute walk to portimonese stadium which was busy as the final between local side and benefica. Great atmosphere. Love Portimao, very inexpensive compared to...
