Nine Rooftop — Restaurant in Porto

The service at the restaurant was truly outstanding. All five floor staff members were incredibly attentive and efficient—a real credit to the establishment.

My only major complaint is the seating arrangement. My table was too cramped and positioned very close to the neighbouring tables, making it awkward to move or even adjust my chair. The proximity also meant I was too close to other patrons' conversations and the overall high volume, which made the experience quite noisy and uncomfortable.

A final point of disappointment was the follow-up: when I addressed this issue with the manager (gerente), I was informed that nothing could be done about the situation. While the staff provided perfect service, the spatial discomfort really detracted from the experience, and the management's inability to offer a solution...

I went to this rooftop bar for dinner and drinks for my birthday, and I must say this is by far the greatest food experience I’ve ever had. I came alone, but I was taken care of so well by all the hosts, the managers and even the owner this evening. I ordered a great variety from their tapas menu, and the chef did an amazing job with the flavourful foods! The one was responsible for drinks honestly made the best drinks, I had a basil gin cocktail and their homemade sangria and shots, just wow. If there is one place that made my entire trip to Portugal the best experience ever, its honestly the people working at nine rooftop and their chef. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Cant recomend this...

Best and my favorite place in Porto for sure, staff are remarkable and warm hearted and they present you with their knowledge and enthuasim of the culinary and beverage world. Big recommendation for everyone. You dont want to miss this place. A big shoutout to our server Miguel. He really shows his passion what he does and makes everybody smile. Soul...
