We found this bakery on our first day in Porto, and it became our go to place for afternoon tea and pastries. The food is very good, fairly priced, and quite delicious. The bakery is very busy and the service suffers for it, especially the hospitality... since the waiters come across a bit terse. Until yesterday, I would have rated it 4 stars, but yesterday's experience dropped it to 3 (and maybe even 2) stars because of their attitude. We usually order tea, lattes, and several pastries. Yesterday, I asked for some more hot water after finishing my tea and was refused. The waiter actually said he would charge me for the additional hot water which hadn't been the case the previous days and in any other bakery or restaurant that we've visited.
