An executive lounge with luggage storage. This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. My friend and I arrived in Porto at 7:30am off of an overnight bus and couldn’t check into our airbnb until much later in the afternoon. After being in the bus station for about an hour that felt like an eternity, I came across this place just hoping to store luggage. We ended up spending a few hours here resting and recharging. They offered a breakfast with great coffee, they have lots of comfortable seats all with plenty of outlets. The location is great and the service is very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and my friend even took a shower here. Once we recuperated we ventured out knowing our luggage was secure. We retrieved our bags later on and each bag was 5€ which was great considering just how much value we found in this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! AVOID!! SCAM!! GO TO THE LOCKERS OF TRINDADE STATION!!

After looking on the internet in several places I decided to book a locker for suitcases through the application until 19.30 on Sunday. When I arrived at the place they told me that it closed at 17.30, much earlier than planned for my last day and what I pay for. As you could not cancel I was offered to leave the bags in a hostel "nearby" of the same company open 24h. When you get there, after a long walk, you leave your bags in a room without any surveillance or security, which was completely open at that moment. This made me be worried all day and go to get the bags earlier. When I went to pick them up they did not ask me anything, only open the room, without checking the number assigned to the suitcase or that you are taking the correct one. I do not recommend this company or service, in the nearby station of Trinidade there are lockers much more recommendable, more economical, with security and open 24h. GO TO THE LOCKERS OF...

I can't say enough good things about Spot Luggage & Lounge! It's conveniently located just a few steps away from the metro Trinidade, which was a lifesaver for me. Despite not staying at this place but a nearby hotel, I had an early flight and a late check-in at my destination, so I decided to use their luggage services for half the day.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They took care of my bags and made sure I was comfortable in their cosy lounge areas. After a long and exhausting journey, it was amazing to relax in their well-appointed spaces.

Their services really made my day so much easier and stress-free. I left feeling refreshed and ready to continue my travels.
